DODEKALITTEN-RIGHTS
TO USE THE ARTWORK

§1 The artwork
The artwork DODEKALITTEN (THE WORK) is located at Kragenæs, 4943 Torrig Lolland. GPS coordinates: 54^54'57,9'' N 011^21'08,6'' E

The work consists of 12 sculptures and a 12 channel music system with music.

§2 The Artists
The artists and thus the rights holders for THE WORK are sculptor Thomas Plesner Birch Kadziola and composer Wayne Siegel. The rights are in force in accordance with the Copyright Act.

§3 Rights
The rights to VÆRKET are valid in Denmark and internationally. This applies to the use of work reproductions both printed and digital. Commercial use will be with stricter requirements.

Special rights apply at events at the physical work or where the physical work is part of an arrangement for a commercial purpose.

§4 Purchase of rights
